At Zweitsläbe.ch, we sell professionally tested and refurbished IT hardware.
Depending on the product, a guarantee of 3, 6 or 12 months applies. You can find the warranty period applicable to your product directly on the respective product page.
What does the guarantee cover?
The guarantee basically covers technical defects that occur with normal use during the specified guarantee period.
Excluded are, in particular, damages caused by:
- improper use
- accidents or fall damage
- liquid damage
- external force
- unauthorized repairs or modifications
- normal wear and tear and cosmetic signs of use
